Information you choose to provide
When you submit the contact form, you may provide your name, company, email address, phone number, details about what you sell, your buyers and territory, target accounts, and other information relevant to your inquiry. You may also provide information when you email, call, text, or schedule a conversation with us.
How the information is used
Quantum Leaps uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, understand a prospective client’s research objective, prepare requested introductory research, schedule conversations, discuss potential services, provide agreed services, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information.
Website analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand general website activity, such as pages viewed, interactions with calls to action, report views or downloads, and visits that lead to an inquiry. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive information such as device, browser, approximate location, and interaction data. Quantum Leaps uses this information to improve the website and understand which content is useful.
PostHog also records selected page visits and interactions, such as guided-example choices, assistant-link clicks and whether the contact-form provider accepts a submission. This implementation disables automatic interaction capture and session recording, uses in-memory identification and does not deliberately send form contents or chat text to PostHog. Full query strings are removed from tracked page URLs. PostHog tracking is disabled when supported browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are present.
The live Ask Quantum Leaps assistant, the Keuka Ridge contractor demo, the Lantern Cove winery demo and the Cedar & Shore real estate demo are provided through Chatling. Messages and information you choose to provide are processed to generate responses and support the inquiry you request. Keuka Ridge Outdoor Living, Lantern Cove Cellars and Cedar & Shore Real Estate are fictional businesses; the real estate agent, properties and asking prices are also examples. Quantum Leaps operates these demos and collects details you choose to submit through their contact forms. You can use sample details to explore the process; no real contractor appointment, winery reservation, purchase, membership, property showing or real estate consultation is created. No real agent is contacted. The K–12 guided walkthrough uses prepared examples and does not collect chat messages or submit inquiries.
This website does not currently use a LinkedIn Insight Tag or Meta Pixel. This policy will be updated if additional advertising or tracking technologies are installed.
Service providers and external services
Contact-form submissions are processed through Formspree. Website analytics are provided through Google Analytics and PostHog. The live business assistants are provided through Chatling. Visitors who choose to book a discovery call are directed to Google Appointment Scheduling. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Website hosting and technical providers may also process limited information necessary to deliver and secure the site.
Fictional staff workflow demo
The garden-center, winery, contractor, and real estate internal demos save the fictional reports or follow-up entries you submit in website-hosted storage. The winery, contractor, and real estate demos also save example follow-up assignments and status changes. Use fictional information only; do not enter real employee, customer, medical, or confidential business information. Necessary browser cookies associate reports with the separate industry demo sessions so another visitor does not see your reports. Reports stop appearing after 24 hours and expired records are removed during subsequent demo activity. Website administrators and hosting providers may access stored records as needed to operate the demonstration. The demos do not email reports, send client messages, book appointments, or update real inventory, listings, or transaction files.
Sports card scanner
Choosing a card photo previews it on your device. When you click Scan, the photo is resized, re-encoded and sent through our server to Google Gemini for card identification, visible-condition guidance and market-reference research. Google Search may receive queries about the card. Quantum Leaps does not save the uploaded photograph or scan result. We request stateless processing from Gemini; Google processes requests under its own terms and data practices. Avoid including faces, addresses or other personal information in card photos.
To limit automated use and costs, we keep short-lived usage counters with a daily salted hash of the request’s network address. These counters expire within a day and are removed during subsequent scanner activity. The scanner does not contact a shop, create a sale, authenticate a card or assign a professional grade.
Retention and handling
Inquiry and client information may be retained for as long as reasonably useful to respond, evaluate or provide services, maintain business records, resolve questions, and meet applicable legal or operational needs. We seek to limit access to people and service providers who need the information for those purposes. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the form and contact Quantum Leaps by telephone instead. You may also use browser settings or privacy controls to limit cookies. Blocking analytics technologies may affect measurement but should not prevent access to the website’s main content.
