Customers. Staff. Or Both. Your Choice.

Choose a Customer Assistant, a Staff & Operations Assistant, or a combined package. Focused Sales Intelligence and website projects are available separately or as part of an agreed engagement.

Pricing follows the scope and complexity of the work—not the client’s industry label.

MANAGED BUSINESS ASSISTANTS

Three ways to put your assistant to work.

Customer support and staff support are distinct choices. Start with either, or combine both with one clear setup and management proposal.

For garden centers, the customer workflow can include plant identification, problem-plant guidance and a nursery locator. We confirm the selected features, photo support, map preparation and update needs in your written scope. Explore the garden-center demo →

BOTH SIDES OF YOUR BUSINESS

Customer + Team

Customer guidance and internal staff support, planned together and managed in one engagement.

One combined quote

Shared preparation is reflected in your proposal

  • Both customer and staff workflows, clearly defined
  • Separate public and internal knowledge and access
  • Shared discovery and reusable approved content
  • Customer inquiries routed to the right contact
  • Staff reporting and manager summaries when selected
  • Ongoing management for both experiences
Choose Customer + Team

Choose the support you need. Staff support is optional, can be purchased on its own, and is not an added charge on a customer-only package.

KNOWLEDGE & TRAINING

Help staff find the right answer.

Approved policies, onboarding material, product knowledge and everyday procedures become a resource your team can consult. Unresolved questions have an agreed path to a person.

OPERATIONAL REPORTING

Bring the day’s issues to the manager.

When selected, we define report fields, where submissions are stored, who receives them, and the briefing or notification schedule. That workflow is configured and tested before launch.

The $295 monthly and $995 setup package covers the Customer Assistant scope. Staff & Operations is optional and quoted separately, or alongside customer support in one combined proposal. Staff pricing reflects approved knowledge, access, employee workflows, reporting frequency and ongoing support. Combined pricing accounts for shared discovery and content preparation; it is not automatically two full packages. Standard platform usage is scoped before work begins. Higher volume, additional locations, native messaging, custom integrations and external market or account research are quoted separately. Your written scope confirms allowances and any third-party charges.

What setup covers

  • Business discovery, chosen audience and approved information
  • Assistant configuration, branding and agreed customer or staff workflow
  • Answer, access and handoff testing
  • Launch preparation, direct link and QR assets

Existing agreements retain their agreed scope and pricing. Native messaging, live booking, custom CRM actions and external market or account research are separately scoped.

Complete one-time engagement

Intelligence Sprint

$395 one time

A complete standalone engagement for a salesperson, agent, business owner, or organization that needs researched opportunities and practical direction without beginning an ongoing monitoring relationship.

  • Intake and scope definition
  • Research around one agreed market, territory, account group, or commercial focus
  • Prioritized Opportunity Briefs
  • Supporting evidence and source context
  • Why-now and relevance analysis
  • Verification requirements
  • Recommended first moves
  • Sales Activation support appropriate to the agreed scope
  • A concise findings summary or complete private report
  • One review conversation
  • Finished intelligence the client keeps
  • No monthly subscription required
  • No automatic continuation
Complete standalone deliverable. Onboarding included.

The $395 Intelligence Sprint is a complete product—not a paid introduction to a subscription. The Sprint stands on its own. No monthly service is required.

Intake and onboarding are included, but the deliverable is the finished intelligence: researched findings, verification, prioritization, supporting evidence, practical direction, and the agreed final report. The client receives and keeps the completed work whether or not monthly service is ever selected.

The Sprint is designed to provide enough actionable intelligence to support immediate prospecting, positioning, client conversations, and business decisions. One well-used finding, better-targeted conversation, or avoided low-value pursuit may justify the investment, although no specific financial return, listing, buyer, contract, or transaction is guaranteed.

Optional ongoing engagement

Continuous Opportunity Intelligence

Starting at $295 per month

Ongoing Opportunity Radar monitoring for one agreed market, territory, account group, or commercial priority. The service identifies meaningful new developments, investigates changed signals, updates priorities, and supports appropriate next action.

  • A recurring intelligence brief
  • Prioritized new or materially changed signals
  • Updated opportunity tracking
  • Material alerts when genuinely warranted
  • Sales Activation support
  • Reasonable follow-through within the agreed scope
  • One scheduled review or written strategy exchange
  • Continued refinement of the monitoring priorities
Continue only by choice.

The Intelligence Sprint does not automatically convert into monthly service. Continuous Opportunity Intelligence begins only through a separate written agreement.

Standardized individual or single-market engagements may begin at $295 per month. Larger or more complex engagements are quoted according to scope.

The starting price applies to a narrowly defined engagement. Broader requirements receive a written quote before work begins.

Scope-based monthly pricing

What Determines the Monthly Price?

Continuous Opportunity Intelligence starts at $295 per month. The final monthly price reflects the amount of market coverage, research, monitoring, verification, activation, and follow-through required—not the industry name attached to the engagement.

01

Geography and Coverage

One tightly defined market requires less monitoring than several counties, territories, lakes, regions, or national account groups.

02

Number of Signals and Targets

The monthly scope may involve a small priority set or a larger collection of listings, accounts, projects, competitors, or market developments.

03

Research Difficulty

Some information is easily verified through credible public sources. Other assignments require deeper investigation, specialized sources, or client-authorized data.

04

Monitoring Frequency

A standard monthly review differs from weekly reporting, frequent alerts, or near-continuous monitoring.

05

Activation and Follow-Through

The amount of outreach direction, Sales Activation material, property or account investigation, and follow-up research affects the scope.

06

Number of People Served

One individual professional requires a different support level than a team, office, management group, or multi-territory organization.

The final scope and monthly price are confirmed before ongoing service begins. No Intelligence Sprint client is automatically enrolled in monthly service.

Industry-specific application

Looking for Real Estate Market & Opportunity Intelligence?

Real Estate Opportunity Radar uses the same scope-based pricing model. A standard engagement for one individual agent or broker and one clearly defined market may begin at $295 per month. Larger territories, multiple agents, more frequent monitoring, and deeper research are scoped separately.

Outside products and services

Potential Third-Party Costs

Quantum Leaps project prices cover the agreed research, strategy, production, review, and implementation work. Certain outside products or services may require separate charges.

Every required third-party cost must be disclosed before approval. No undisclosed subscription should be created on the client’s behalf.

What the price covers

You Are Paying for Useful, Managed Work.

AI can accelerate research and production, but speed alone is not the product. For assistants, that means approved knowledge, tested answers and workflows, and ongoing upkeep. For Sales Intelligence, it means verified evidence, practical judgment and useful finished research.

01

Research

Find the relevant market, organization, project, account, customer, and buying-signal information.

02

Verify

Check important claims against credible sources and identify uncertainty or missing information.

03

Prioritize

Evaluate timing, fit, commercial relevance, and which opportunities or improvements deserve attention first.

04

Deliver

Translate the work into finished intelligence, a working digital experience, or clear practical next actions.

Frequently asked questions

Clear Expectations Before Work Begins.

What does the Customer Assistant cost?

The published customer package is $295 per month plus $995 one-time setup. It covers one business or representative, one primary customer workflow, approved knowledge, one inquiry destination and the monthly management listed above. Broader scope and usage are quoted separately.

How do plant identification, plant-health help and a nursery locator fit the price?

These are garden-center capabilities that can be selected for your Customer Assistant workflow. The published customer package remains $295 per month plus $995 setup. Your written scope confirms the plant knowledge, photo support, supplied store layout, map preparation and updates involved, along with any broader work or third-party charges. Staff support remains optional and quoted by scope.

Do I have to pay for staff support if I do not need it?

No. Select the Customer Assistant on its own. Staff & Operations is an optional service with its own agreed scope and price.

Can I buy only the Staff & Operations Assistant?

Yes. You can begin with staff questions, onboarding and approved procedures without purchasing a customer assistant, website or research engagement.

How is staff pricing determined?

We quote the approved knowledge, number of teams or locations, employee access, update needs and workflows involved. A question-answering resource and a system that records reports, sends notifications and prepares recurring manager briefings require different work. Setup, ongoing support and any third-party charges are confirmed before work begins.

Is the combined package simply two full prices?

No automatic doubling applies. One written proposal accounts for shared discovery, reusable approved content, separate access and the customer and staff workflows you select.

Does answering a staff question automatically send a manager report?

No. Capturing submissions, deciding what reaches a manager, choosing the reporting schedule and connecting a destination are separately configured and tested when included in your scope.

Can I use an assistant without buying a website?

Yes. A standalone assistant link can be shared through email signatures, social profiles, QR codes and other places people already find you. A website embed is one access option.

What happens after the assistant launches?

Monthly management includes one consolidated routine-update request, conversation sampling and handoff checks, and a concise summary of useful questions and improvement opportunities. It does not include unlimited changes or external market research.

What determines the monthly Continuous Opportunity Intelligence price?

Monthly pricing begins at $295 and is based on the scope of the engagement: geography, number of markets or account groups, number of signals monitored, research difficulty, reporting frequency, activation support, follow-up requirements, and number of people being served. The final scope and price are confirmed before monthly service begins.

Does the client’s industry determine the monthly price?

No. Pricing follows the size, complexity, and support requirements of the engagement—not the industry label. A narrowly defined market may qualify for the starting price in Real Estate, construction, professional services, education, hospitality, or another industry.

Can monthly Sales Intelligence cost more than $295?

Yes. $295 is the published starting price for a narrowly defined engagement. Multiple territories, larger account groups, more frequent monitoring, additional activation materials, deeper research, or team-level support may require a higher or custom monthly price.

Does the Intelligence Sprint automatically become a monthly service?

No. The $395 Intelligence Sprint is a complete standalone engagement. Monthly service begins only when the client separately chooses and approves an ongoing scope.

Is the $395 Sprint only onboarding?

No. Intake and onboarding are included, but the product is the completed intelligence deliverable. The client receives researched findings, evidence, prioritization, practical direction, and the agreed finished report whether or not monthly monitoring is selected.

Are assistants and websites included in monthly Sales Intelligence pricing?

No. Managed Business Assistants and website projects have their own scope and pricing. A client may purchase Sales Intelligence, an assistant, website work, or a connected combination.

Are third-party costs included?

Only when explicitly stated. Hosting, domains, premium themes or plugins, IDX, MLS, CRM, booking, ecommerce, high-volume chatbot usage, paid APIs, and custom integrations may require separate disclosed charges.

Why is the work not billed by the hour?

The client is purchasing defined research, verified intelligence, prioritization, and practical direction. The value is the finished work and the decisions it supports—not the number of minutes or research prompts used to produce it.

Can Quantum Leaps guarantee a sale or buyer decision?

No. Intelligence can improve awareness, preparation, prioritization, and action, but it cannot guarantee buyer intent, an award, a listing, or a closed sale.
