What information we use
We only use the information needed to complete your specific request. That could be a document, a contract, a lease, a resume, a business question, or a research request. We do not collect more than is needed to get the job done.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your Social Security number, bank account numbers, medical ID numbers, or customer lists unless they are directly necessary for the work — and you are always welcome to black them out before sharing.
You can redact anything
If a document contains sensitive details that are not needed for the work, black them out before sharing. We do not need to see your account numbers, medical records, or customer names to help you review a lease or rewrite a resume.
You can ask us not to keep anything
If you do not want us to retain any working files after delivery, tell us at the start of your project. We will honor that request.
Files are deleted after delivery
Once your project is complete and delivered, all working files are deleted. The only exception is if you authorize us in writing to keep them for follow-up work, subscription service, or ongoing support.
Your information stays with the person doing the work
We limit access to your information to only the person who is actually working on your request. Your information is not shared with other team members who do not need to see it.
We use business-grade tools
All work is done using secure, business-grade AI tools. Your information is not used to train AI models, and it is not shared with third parties for any purpose.
Business documents and customer data
If you are a business client, we may handle documents that include customer lists, pricing sheets, internal processes, or other proprietary information. The same privacy rules apply — limited access, secure tools, and deletion after delivery unless you authorize otherwise.
Chatbot and automation data
If we build a chatbot or automation system for your business, we do not retain your customer data, conversation logs, or internal information unless you authorize it for ongoing service.
You can ask for a copy
If you want to know what information we have about you or your business, we will provide it.
You can ask for deletion
If you want us to delete any information we have about you, we will do so promptly.
You can change your mind
If you authorized us to keep working files and later change your mind, we will delete them upon request.
